Mrs. Michaela Pruter (Williams)
Mrs. Michaela started Taekwondo at the age of 10 years old with her sister, cousins, and uncle. She earned her black belt in 2011. She began teaching at Pruter’s in 2013. She graduated from University of Central Missouri in 2020. In 2020 she married Hans Pruter. Michaela and Hans have two daughters. She is currently a 3rd Dan Black Belt.

Mr. Eagan Kirk
Assistant Instructor
Mr. Eagan started Taekwondo at Pruter's when he was 4 years old with his family. He earned his black belt along with is parents and sister. He is a 3rd Dan Black Belt. He is currently attending Iowa State University. He is a member of the Iowa State Martial Arts Club and Phelps Taekwondo. He competes at Collegiate Events. He is the 2024 AAU Iowa State Champion. He began teaching at Pruter’s in 2018 and continues to do so whenever he is home from school.

Ms. Rania Naser
Assistant Instructor
Ms. Rania started Taekwondo at Pruter's when she was 9 years old with her twin brothers. She competes at national and international tournaments. She is a 2016 Palestine Open Champion, 2019 Pan Am Open medalist, Kansas State Champion, Missouri State Champion, and 2022 AAU National medalist senior -53 KG. She placed 3rd at 2023 Senior AAU National Team Trials. She is a 3rd Dan Black Belt.

She is attending the University of Vermont. She is a member of the University of Vermont Taekwondo Club. She competes at Collegiate Events. She began teaching at Pruter’s in 2019 and continues to do so whenever she is home from school.

Mr. Tariq Naser
Assistant Instructor
Mr. Tariq started Taekwondo at Pruter's when he was 7 years old with his sister and twin brother. He competes at national and international tournaments. He is a 2017 World Taekwondo President's Cup medalist, 2019 Pan Am Open medalist, 2020 US Open Champion, Kansas State Champion, and Missouri State Champion. He is the 2024 AAU Adirondack Champion (-63 KG). He is a 3rd Dan Black Belt.

He began teaching at Pruter’s in 2019. Next fall he will be attending the University of Vermont.

Mr. Karim Naser
Assistant Instructor
Mr. Karim started Taekwondo at Pruter's when he was 7 years old with his sister and twin brother. He competes at national tournaments. He is a 2023 Missouri State Champion and 2023 AAU National Championship-quarter finalist in juniors division. He is the 2024 AAU Adirondack Champion (-58 KG). He is a 2024 AAU Nationals Championship-quarter finalist in senior 18 to 32 division . He is a 3rd Dan Black Belt.

He began teaching at Pruter’s in 2019. Next fall he will be attending the University of Vermont.

Ms. Alex Kramer
Assistant Instructor
Ms. Alex started Taekwondo at Pruter's in the Future Kid's Program at the age of 5 years old. Shortly after, her dad started Taekwondo. She competes at international and national tournaments. She is the 2023 Missouri State Champion. She is currently a Rec. 3rd Dan. Ms. Alex and her dad will be testing for their full 3rd Dan in May 2024. She began teaching at Pruter's in 2022.
She is a sophomore in high school. She is involved in Orchestra, a member of the National Honor Society, and takes advanced classes. She maintains 4.0 GPA.

Ms. Alex plans on attending the University of Missouri-KC.
Mrs. Mykala McIntyre
Assistant Instructor
Mrs. Mykala started Taekwondo at Pruter's in 1998 with her brother and cousins. She received her black belt in 2001.
She has three daughters. In 2021, she started taekwondo again along with her three daughters. She tested for her 2nd Dan Black Belt in 2022.
Oliver Bovee
Junior Instructor
Oliver started Taekwondo at Pruter's at the age of 4 years old. He graduated from our Future Kid's Program and he moved to the Junior Program. He earned his 1st poom black belt at the age of 8 years old. He helps teach the Future Kid's class. He is a 2nd poom black belt.
